The compliance calendar and deadlines
The calendar aggregates every dated obligation, review, incident clock and statutory milestone — filter it, subscribe to a live feed, and complete reviews from it.
Compliance isn't a one-off — the Act expects systems to stay under review after they go live. The Calendar is where those obligations become dated, trackable events.
What lands on the calendar
The calendar aggregates every dated thing across your estate:
- Regulatory deadlines — the statutory milestones and the Annex III enforcement date.
- Task due dates — every open obligation with a due date, colour-coded by urgency.
- Periodic reviews — the risk-management (Art. 9), post-market monitoring (Art. 72) and re-assessment reviews generated when you classify a system.
- Incident clocks — the Art. 73 notification deadline for any open incident.
- Statutory milestones and your own custom events.
Working the calendar
- It opens in Agenda (list) view by default — toggle to Month with the switch top-right.
- Filter with the pills: All, Deadlines, Reviews, Tasks, Incident clocks, Statutory or Custom. Search by title or system.
- Toggle My items to show only what's assigned to you.
- In Agenda view, set the horizon — 30d / 60d / 90d / All. Overdue items are always kept, so nothing slips off the radar.
- Overdue items are flagged in red, counted in the header, and pulled to the top under an amber "N overdue items need attention" banner. The right-hand Upcoming rail lists the soonest events.
Keeping the deadlines in your own calendar
Click Export to download a one-off .ics file, or use the Subscribe feed for a live, auto-updating calendar URL you add to Outlook / Google. Click Add event to create a custom checkpoint against one or more systems.
Completing a review from the calendar
Clicking a periodic review opens its drawer: review the linked system, adjust the due date if needed, record your notes, and click Mark as completed. This records who completed it and when, auto-creates the next occurrence, and drops a dated entry into the system's classification dossier. See Risk register, Art. 9 risks and review schedules for the full review flow.
