What it asks
It is a 15-question diagnostic with branching logic that mirrors the Act itself: whether you use, build, import or distribute AI; how many use cases you run; your role (provider, deployer, importer, distributor); which Annex III areas you touch; and a handful of governance questions. Branching skips everything that does not apply — an organisation with no AI finishes in under a minute.
