Generate documents from the Evidence hub
Veritome turns your obligation answers into the formal documents a regulator recognises — generated from the Evidence hub, pre-filled from live system data.
Veritome turns an obligation from a blank page into a guided smart form, and turns your answers into the formal documents a regulator recognises. Every generated document lives in the unified Evidence hub, and the Generate document action lives there too.
Smart forms
A smart form is the fields the Act expects, the article reference inline, and Aria on hand to draft a first pass. Open an obligation that has a form, complete the fields — answers auto-save after about 1.5 seconds — and where four-eyes sign-off applies (high-risk systems), the obligation goes to In review for an approver. The completed form feeds both the compliance score and the generated document.
Generating a document
-
Go to Evidence and click Generate document.
-
Pick the system. Veritome then offers only the templates that actually apply to it — a Declaration of Conformity won't show for a system that doesn't need one.
-
Pick the template. The big three open a dedicated editor, pre-filled from live system, classification and org data:
Document Article Editor Annex IV technical documentation Art. 11 Annex IV editor EU Declaration of Conformity Art. 47 Declaration editor FRIA Art. 27 FRIA editor -
Other templates — a human-oversight assignment (Art. 26(2)), a monitoring log, an AI-policy template, and more — generate straight into the hub as a Generated evidence record you can edit and export.
The same structured data drives everything, so you're never re-typing an answer into a separate document. See Annex IV technical documentation, section by section, FRIA: the fundamental-rights impact assessment, step by step, and Declaration of Conformity, CE marking and Annex VIII registration for the deep dives.
Smart forms and document generation are paid features (Core and above). On the Free and Starter plans you can see what applies, but generating the Annex IV, FRIA and DoC documents needs a subscription.
