Evidence

Each obligation checklist item takes evidence — upload a file or link a document. Evidence is hash-sealed so it's tamper-evident.

Reports

From a system, generate:

Annex IV technical documentation
FRIA (fundamental-rights impact assessment)
Declaration of Conformity

Each carries a public verify URL so a regulator or customer can confirm authenticity without an email attachment. Reports are clearly marked not a regulator submission.
