Terms of use

The Help Center is operated by Relay Labs Ltd (trading as Veritome), a company registered in Ireland with its registered office in Dublin, Ireland (“Veritome”, “we”, “us”). Veritome provides an EU AI Act compliance toolkit at app.veritome.eu; this Help Center documents that product and the regulation it serves.

These terms cover the Help Center only — the articles, guides, templates and other content published at help.veritome.eu. Your use of the Veritome application itself is governed by the Toolkit Subscription Agreement; the marketing site by its own site terms; and Veritome Academy by the Academy terms & disclaimer. If these terms conflict with the Subscription Agreement for something you do inside the application, the Subscription Agreement wins.

The Help Center explains the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) in plain language and shows how to use Veritome. It is general information, not legal advice, and reading it does not create a solicitor–client or advisory relationship. Regulatory obligations depend on your specific systems, role and circumstances, and the law and its guidance evolve. Confirm any compliance decision with qualified legal counsel before relying on it.

We work to keep the documentation aligned with the current product and the current state of the regulation — including automated checks that flag drift between the product and these guides — but the Help Center is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Screenshots and examples use illustrative, fictitious data. Article dates show when a guide was last materially updated.

Templates available through the Help Center (for example FRIA, Annex IV or policy templates) are starting points, not finished compliance artefacts. Using a template does not make you compliant; you are responsible for adapting it to your organisation and having it reviewed. Templates are licensed under section 6.

The Help Center content is © Relay Labs Ltd. You may view, search, print and share it — including internally within your organisation — with attribution to Veritome. You may adapt downloaded templates for your own organisation’s compliance work.

You may not, without our prior written permission: republish or resell the content; scrape or bulk-download it; use it to build a competing product or service; or use it to train machine-learning models. The Veritome name, logo and brand assets are not licensed by these terms.

Do not attempt to disrupt the Help Center, probe or breach its security, or access it with automated tools at a volume that degrades it for others. Do not present Help Center content in a way that misrepresents Veritome or suggests we endorse your product or service.

Guides link to third-party sources — including official EU texts and regulator websites — for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content. The authentic text of the EU AI Act is the version published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

The Help Center is offered free of charge and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veritome accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, Help Center content — including decisions made about regulatory compliance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and cookie use in the Cookie Policy. The Help Center can be read without an account.

We may update the documentation continuously and these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version of these terms; continued use of the Help Center after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. If anything here is unclear, or you want permission beyond the licence in section 6, contact us via veritome.eu/contact.
