A hardening release
Veritome now looks and behaves the same whichever theme you work in, on every screen from the dashboard to a printed regulator pack. This release is almost entirely repair: contrast, focus, legibility and the way proof is presented — the parts of a compliance tool that only matter when someone is checking your work.

Dark mode, finished properly
Dark mode now covers the whole product — every modal, drawer, table, calendar, report and the marketing site — instead of stopping at the screens most people see first. Hundreds of places where text sat on a background it could not be read against have been corrected, and the palette is now checked automatically so it cannot drift back.

Seals and fingerprints you can actually check
Every sealed document, dossier and audit anchor now presents its SHA-256 fingerprint the same way: grouped for reading, truncated in the middle so you can compare both ends, never reflowed across lines, and copyable in full with one click. Sealed, generated, draft and broken-chain records each carry their own shape and label, so the state survives greyscale printing and colour blindness.

Clearer keyboard focus, and a report pack that matches the app
The keyboard focus indicator is now visible on every surface, including the public verification pages an external recipient opens. Exported PDF reports have been rebuilt on the current design system — a corrected masthead, headings that no longer strand themselves at the foot of a page, and tables that break cleanly across pages.

A Help Centre worth reading, and documents that look like one product
The Help Centre has been rebuilt as proper documentation — searchable, properly laid out, with tables that render and a terms page that is easy to find. Alongside it, every document Veritome generates now shares one house style, so an Annex IV file, a declaration of conformity and a compliance report arrive looking like they came from the same organisation, because they did.

One date format, everywhere
Every date you see is now written dd.mm.yyyy — on screen, in emails, in exported PDFs and inside generated documents. No more guessing whether 03.04 means March or April on the page a regulator is reading.

Smart forms: clearer progress, Aria on every field, evidence filed for you
Long compliance forms now show where you are and what is left, and Aria is available on every text field rather than a handful. Completing a smart-form document files its own evidence record automatically, so the proof is attached to the obligation the moment the document is done instead of waiting for someone to remember.

Fixes: public Aria card, saving your settings, document paper
The public Aria system card no longer 404s, saving from Settings works reliably, and generated documents print on white paper instead of a full-page warm tint that wasted ink and read as a scan.

Veritome is now in public beta
Veritome opens to public beta with a top-to-bottom redesign of the workspace — a clearer dashboard that leads with your nearest deadline and an org-wide score, a faster way to reach Aria, and cleaner incidents, evidence and approvals. Sign up, classify your first AI system in minutes, and tell us what to build next.

A public “AI System ID” for your AI
Publish a verifiable, plain-language transparency record for an AI system at a public /verify link — what it is, how it works, and how it’s governed. Veritome dogfoods it: Aria, our own assistant, has one you can read.

A cleaner workspace, end to end
The incident register now shows the Article 73 reporting clock right beside the log, the evidence library reads as one aligned table, and the approvals inbox makes each pending decision obvious. Ask Aria is one keystroke away, with its proposals pinned and every answer citing its Article.

Article 50 transparency for assistants
Built-in “you’re interacting with AI” disclosures and machine-readable marking of AI-generated content are now part of the engine, ready well ahead of the 2 August 2026 transparency deadline. Chatbots and assistants surface the Article 50 disclosure obligation automatically, with the notice wording and content-marking guidance attached to the obligation itself — so you can satisfy the requirement without leaving the platform.
