Article 50 transparency for assistants
Built-in “you’re interacting with AI” disclosures and machine-readable marking of AI-generated content are now part of the engine, ready well ahead of the 2 August 2026 transparency deadline. Chatbots and assistants surface the Article 50 disclosure obligation automatically, with the notice wording and content-marking guidance attached to the obligation itself — so you can satisfy the requirement without leaving the platform.

A faster obligation engine and a smoother system registration
We’ve optimised the obligation generation engine so the duties for a new system are worked out faster and with far less duplicated effort — large portfolios regenerate noticeably quicker, and your score stays in lockstep across the dashboard, system pages and obligation queue. Registering a system is smoother too: a clearer, guided flow walks you from classification through to a live compliance journey, and the instant a system is registered its classification dossier now opens on its own with a sealed, tamper-evident first entry. Your audit trail starts on day one, with nothing extra to click.

Accurate statutory dates, from a single source
Corrected the Article 5 applicability date to 2 February 2025 and made the regulatory registry the one source every screen reads, so dates can never drift between pages. Seeded the two new Article 5 prohibitions taking effect in December 2026.

Deadlines that make sense from day one
Obligation due dates now derive from when you onboard plus a risk-tiered lead time, so a brand-new account is never shown “overdue” against dates that pre-date your sign-up. Completing an obligation now reliably clears it, and each item shows its legal status separately from your working target.
